Meet-the-Public Scheme

The "Meet-the-Public Scheme" of the Kwai Tsing District Council (K&T DC) has been operating for years. This Scheme serves to facilitate public members in meeting with the Kwai Tsing District Councillors, and to strengthen the role of the K&T DC as the bridge in communication between the people of the Kwai Tsing District and the Government. Through this Scheme, the District Councillors can understand better the needs of the people of the District with a view to improving the living standard of the people of the District. Individual cases will be referred to relevant government departments for follow up if necessary. Public members who wish to meet the K&T District Councillors under the Scheme may call 2494 4570 to 2494 4574 to make appointments. The venue is 10/F, Kwai Tsing Government Offices Building. The time available is from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays (except on Public Holidays and by appointment only).
